Position: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (full time)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our forward-thinking client management team as a full-time Account Manager/Senior Account Manager. You’ll manage innovative communication solutions, ranging from the development and delivery of strategy workshops, traditional print magazines and digital games, through to producing films or multi-channel campaigns.
You’ll connect with clients to form strong relationships and become a trusted advisor, learning about their business, communication challenges and becoming an expert in their field. Working with our creative teams you will help to deliver cutting-edge communications to the highest quality standards. Seeing projects through from start to finish, you will work creatively and efficiently to ensure budgets and timings are front of mind.
You’ll need to be well organised, resourceful, creative and confident, with a sound commercial nature and strong project management skills. You’ll also thrive working in a close-knit team and go above and beyond to delight clients.
> Be a brand guardian for nominated clients, helping to develop and drive new strategies
> Respond to new client briefs and engage with relevant teams
> Lead valuable status updates and client meetings
> Championing internal processes
> Broaden clients’ understanding of who we are and what we do
> Support the wider team with research, analysis and insight
> Produce compelling, insightful reports and presentations
> Identify growth opportunities
> Contribute to new and existing business pitches
> Manage contracts and commercial agreements

> Has over three years’ experience in project management or account handling roles
> Can demonstrate a track record of delivering fantastic projects
> Has experience of project budget management and control
> Can collaborate with designers and other specialists to bring campaign ideas to life
> Is well organised, resourceful and a stickler for process and detail
> Demonstrates a great work ethic and a passion for motivating and leading others
> Can multi-task and make swift decisions
> Shows confidence, passion and knowledge when it comes to communications
> Is ambitious, committed, self-motivated team player
> Is commercially astute
