The Challenge
After 70 years, Avis Budget Group has earned its place as one of the world’s leading providers of mobility solutions. Yet to stay relevant in today’s tech-driven, digital world, the company needed to redefine itself as an agile mobility provider. This meant inspiring employees worldwide to embrace its global strategy and help deliver the biggest transformation in its history.
The Solution

We shared the story through a multi-channel and language campaign. This included detailed conference materials for the top 250 leaders, storytelling tools for managers to discuss the strategy with their teams, an animation of the strategy story in action, and a film of the CEO urging everyone to step into their new role as agents of change.
The Result
This was launched to over 30,000 people globally, with the response across the company being overwhelmingly positive. 100% of leaders agreed they were clear on the Global Strategy, following in-depth briefings. Managers have welcomed the opportunity to explore with their teams what the strategy means in practice, while colleagues are using the feedback channels to generate ideas.
